At Qessence, we want you to love your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Products must not be damaged or excessively used
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetic/skincare products
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will work quickly to make it right through a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item was defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
